Featuring charming courtyard buildings, on-site accommodation, and the Grade II listed Dovecot Suite, the venue beautifully combines historic character with contemporary design - offering a truly unique setting for your special occasion.
Open throughout the year, Apton Hall is fully licensed for civil ceremonies as well as
wedding receptions.
Ideally situated in Rochford, Essex, the venue is less than a mile from a direct train line to London and within two miles of London Southend Airport, making it easily accessible for guests travelling from
near or far.

Venue
A visit to Apton Hall quickly reveals just how special it is. With its original brickwork and beautifully restored farm buildings, the venue offers a truly unique atmosphere unlike any other. Arranged in a horseshoe shape around a charming central courtyard, the layout allows your day to unfold seamlessly as you move naturally from one space to the next.
Surrounded by stunning views of the Essex countryside, there are countless spots to capture unforgettable moments. From the tranquil Pond Garden with its waterside backdrop, to the secluded Walled Garden, or the sweeping farmland beyond, there’s a perfect setting for every photograph.
Accommodation
Apton Hall features a beautiful Grade II listed Dovecot transformed into a Honeymoon Suite and seven luxurious guest rooms, each styled with its own contemporary character to create a place to relax and unwind. Every room is finished and furnished to an exceptional standard and takes its name from the surrounding fields of Apton Hall Farm.

We offer extensive menu options for your big day, from a seated wedding breakfast to a more casual BBQ option. You are able to create your own menu for your guests, offering choices for each course.
