Our exceptional in-house team curate exquisite menus for weddings, using the freshest of ingredients, sourced locally. 

Our Head Chef, Craig Tomlin has spent his career climbing through the ranks of the kitchen staff hierarchy. We are thrilled to have Craig at the pinnacle of our team where he is an integral part of the ongoing success of weddings and events at Apton Hall. All of our food is prepped and cooked on site, meaning there is no need to search for external caterers.

We offer extensive menu options for your big day, from a seated wedding breakfast to a more casual BBQ option. You are able to create your own menu for your guests, offering choices for each course. We simply adore great food, which can tell so many stories. Let your wedding breakfast tell yours.

Crispy Pulled Pork Bon Bon, Crisp Crackling & Crispy Pork Belly with Apple Puree and Veal Jus

Salmon & Crab Thai Style Fish Cakes served on a bed of Oriental Salad and Lime Chilli Mayo

Whole Baked Mini Camembert infused with Rosemary & Garlic, Red Onion Marmalade and Ciabatta Thins

Mains:

Corn-Fed Chicken Supreme, Crisp Pancetta, Creamy Dauphinoise Potatoes and Tarragon Jus 

Braised Feather Blade Beef cooked in Red Wine, Porcini Mushrooms, Garlic & Thyme Crisp Duck Fat Roast Potatoes 

Grilled Salmon Fillet, Sautéed New Potatoes and Crayfish with a Sorrel Sauce 

‘Posh Sausage & Mash’,
Bubble & Squeak Potato Cake topped with Vegetarian Sausages and Giant Onion Rings served with Seasonal Vegetables and Vegetarian Gravy
